Job Description

WE’RE HIRING: HR Business Partner (HRBP)

Location: Baguio City (Onsite)

Experience Required: 5–8 years HR experience | 3–5 years in BPO / Contact Center

Are you a strategic HR professional with strong BPO experience? We’re looking for a dynamic HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team and drive people strategies that support operational excellence and business growth in a high-volume contact center environment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Partner with Operations and Site Leaders to align HR strategies with business goals
  • Lead employee relations, investigations, and labor compliance (Philippine Labor Code / DOLE)
  • Drive performance management and talent development initiatives
  • Support workforce planning, headcount forecasting, and HR analytics reporting
  • Implement engagement and retention programs to reduce attrition
  • Collaborate with Payroll, TA, and HR Ops for seamless employee lifecycle management
  • Act as escalation point for complex HR cases and support audits


What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field
  • Strong BPO / shared services background


Solid experience in:

  • Employee Relations & Case Handling
  • Philippine Labor Law Compliance
  • Performance Management
  • Workforce Planning & HR Analytics
  • Experience supporting 300+ headcount
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Proficient in HRIS & MS Excel


Preferred:

  • Experience with global clients or multinational BPOs
  • Exposure to transitions, ramp-ups, or workforce migration
  • HR certification (CHRP, CHRMP, or equivalent)
