Description
- Design and deliver engaging training programs to enhance employee performance.
- Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and consultations with managers.
- Facilitate workshops on various HR topics including leadership, coaching, and team dynamics.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as necessary.
- Stay updated on new training techniques and HR trends to continuously enhance training materials.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in HR training or development.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication skills, coaching, and leadership development.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and the ability to motivate others.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to create training manuals and materials.
