- College graduate with advanced knowledge in conducting Trainings and Seminars, and Human Behavior.
- Ability to monitor and assess or evaluate success of conducted trainings and seminars
- Can deal with highly confidential matters
- Must have at least 3 year experience in conducting trainings and seminar.
- The position requires excellent and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders and customers
- The position requires high level of presentation skill
