Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or equivalent.
• At least 6 months of working experience in General HR.
• Knowledgeable in HR Systems, reports, Excel, Google Sheets, etc.
• Good coordination, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sense of responsibility and detail-minded.
• Can start to work immediately.

Job Responsibilities

• Will directly report to the Human Resources Supervisor.
• Responsible for efficiently assisting the administration of the day-to-day operations of the human resources functions and duties.
• Recruitment and Placement for Retail Operations.
• Will process the Attendance Reports (Timekeeping) of Agency Personnel, which includes downloading and consolidation of attendance.
• Receives and processes billing of Manpower Agencies.
• Clearance monitoring of Outgoing Employees (Direct and Agency Personnel).
• Correspond with Manpower Agencies.
• Assists Supervisors in dealing with employee discipline issues.
• Assist in the processing of benefit claims of employees.
• Be the main point of contact with external suppliers (insurance companies, government agencies).
• 201 Files Management - Scanning and Filing of requirements of new employees.
