• Oversee the daily operation of Human Resources Department
• Ensuring compliance with company policies, and labor laws.
• Support HR initiatives including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll coordination and training.
• Assist in the recruitment and selection process (Job Posting, screening, scheduling, interviews, onboarding).
• Handle employee timekeeping, attendance monitoring, and leave management.
• Assist in employee engagement activities and training.
• Main HR role is for payroll of staff's and concerns

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree Human Resources Management or Bachelor's Degree of Psychology
• Knowledgeable of Labor Law and HR policies.
• Willing to be trained and open with fast paced environment
• Conflict resolution and problem-solving
• Employee Relation and Engagement
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Suites especially Excel
