• Facilitate mediation meetings between employees and management.
• Handle employee grievances and workplace conflict concerns.
• Conduct fact-finding and documentation of dispute cases.
• Recommend resolutions and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with HR and management regarding dispute handling.
• Promote positive employee relations programs.
• Maintain confidential case files and reports.
• Assist in preventing recurring workplace conflicts.
• Ensure mediation processes comply with company policies and labor regulations.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Legal Management, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in employee relations or conflict resolution.
• Background in labor relations is an advantage.
