HR Specialist/Assistant

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive HR Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will focus on the front-end of our recruitment process — identifying, engaging, and screening potential candidates before they reach our hiring managers. You will also take ownership of our social media presence on Facebook, helping us build a strong employer brand and attract top talent across the Philippines.

What You'll Do:

Recruitment & Screening:

• Review and screen incoming resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
• Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' backgrounds, communication skills, and cultural fit
• Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in our talent database
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Provide timely updates and constructive feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process

Facebook & Social Media Recruitment:

• Post job openings across Facebook groups, pages, and other social media platforms to attract a steady flow of candidates
• Actively monitor and respond to candidate inquiries and comments on Facebook posts
• Engage with potential candidates in Facebook groups and communities to build a strong talent pipeline
• Track the performance of social media posts and suggest improvements to increase reach and application volume

General HR Support:

• Support the onboarding process for new team members
• Assist the HR team with various recruitment-related tasks as needed
• Help maintain and improve our recruitment workflows and candidate experience

What We're Looking For:

• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• 3–5 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR coordination
• Comfortable using Facebook as a recruitment tool — posting, engaging, and responding to candidates in groups and pages
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities at the same time
• High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential candidate information
• Keen attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a 100% remote setup
