岗位职责
1、负责东南亚地区的人才招聘，根据业务需求独立完成职位发布、人才寻访、简历筛选、面试安排、薪资沟通及入职跟进；
2、重点支持商务拓展、本地职能支持类岗位招聘；
3、开拓并维护 LinkedIn、JobStreet、Glints 等当地招聘平台、社群、猎头及人才推荐渠道；
4、深入了解东南亚人才市场，持续搭建和维护当地候选人才库；
5、与海外团队保持高效沟通，协调跨地区、跨时区招聘工作；
6、协助外籍员工完成入职对接，并支持日常员工沟通及关系维护；
7、定期整理招聘数据，分析渠道效果并推动招聘流程优化；
8、完成公司安排的其他人力资源相关工作。
任职要求：
1、Base 在东南亚，熟悉当地人才市场及招聘渠道；
2、具备招聘相关工作经验，能够独立推进完整招聘流程；
3、中文和英文流利，可以作为日常工作语言；
4、具备良好的跨文化沟通、候选人判断及协调能力；
5、目标感和执行力强，能够适应远程办公及快节奏的国际化团队；
6、对金融科技、跨境支付或数字金融行业有一定了解或学习意愿。
加分项：
有金融科技、支付、互联网、Web3或跨境业务招聘经验；
有东南亚本地金融、支付或商务人才资源；
熟悉当地劳动市场及基础劳动法规；
掌握马来语、印尼语、泰语、越南语等当地语言。
