职责
- 支持人力资源部的日常运营，协助招聘和筛选候选人。
- 维护员工档案和人力资源数据库，确保信息的准确性和保密性。
- 协助制定和实施员工培训和发展计划。
- 参与员工关系管理，解决日常员工问题。
- 准备与人力资源相关的各种报告和分析。
要求
- 学历要求: 本科及以上学历，人力资源、心理学或相关领域优先。
- 经验水平: 0-2年相关工作经验，欢迎应届毕业生申请。
- 技能与能力: 良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神。
- 责任与义务: 具备较强的组织能力和解决问题的能力。
- 品质与特征: 高度的职业道德，保密性强，积极主动。
