DrayEasy Inc is a steadily developing international enterprise. We are seeking a versatile HR Specialist based in the Philippines to independently conduct full-cycle human resource operations. This role emphasizes employee relations management, requiring candidates to be adaptable and detail-oriented in a fast-paced working environment. Fluent in Chinese is a strong plus.


Job Summary

The HR Specialist will be in charge of end-to-end recruitment, personnel transfer & separation, performance management, one-on-one employee counseling, staff care, and training arrangements. The ideal candidate must be independent, empathetic, proficient in employee communication, and familiar with employee risk management. You need to be process-driven, meticulous, and capable of adapting to a fast-paced remote working environment. Candidates with Chinese language proficiency will be given priority consideration.


Key Responsibilities

1. Full-cycle Recruitment: Publish job openings, screen resumes, conduct interviews, coordinate hiring processes, and complete talent matching according to department staffing demands.

2. Employee Lifecycle Management: Manage employee onboarding, job transfer, status adjustment, resignation and termination procedures; organize and file employee documents to ensure complete and standardized personnel files.

3. Performance Management: Assist in optimizing performance appraisal systems, organize regular performance evaluations, sort assessment data, follow up on performance feedback, and complete data statistics.

4. Employee Relations: Maintain daily communication with employees, respond to HR-related inquiries, properly handle daily employee relation issues, and build a positive team atmosphere.

5. Training & Employee Care: Organize employee onboarding training and deliver HR policy training; arrange one-on-one employee interviews and emotional counseling, track staff dynamics, and improve employee retention rate.


Qualifications & Requirements

1. Minimum 2 years of solid HR working experience, familiar with recruitment, employee lifecycle management, and performance management processes.

2. Proficient in employee relations management, skilled in one-on-one counseling, emotional guidance, staff care and training.

3. Strong data sorting ability, rigorous and detail-oriented in daily work.

4. Excellent interpersonal and coordination skills to communicate with all-level employees.

5. Self-motivated and responsible, capable of independently handling full-cycle HR tasks.

6. Proficient in Office software, able to make training materials and maintain employee relation records.

7. Must have backup internet such as prepaid WiFi/data for stable remote working.

8. Must have a power backup in case of power outages.

9. Shift arrangement: Day shift for the first month, then transfer to night shift permanently.

10. Ability to speak and understand Chinese is a bonus qualification.
