We are seeking a proactive and resourceful Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our growing remote workforce. This role goes beyond traditional recruitment administration. Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates through various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, online communities, referrals, and other creative sourcing methods.
• Identify and develop new candidate acquisition channels to expand recruitment reach.
• Review applications and conduct initial candidate screening.
• Conduct first-round interviews and assess candidate suitability.
• Collaborate with the HR team to achieve hiring goals and improve recruitment processes.

Requirements

• Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, sourcing, sales, business development, customer acquisition, or related fields.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience using recruitment platforms, social media, or community-based sourcing methods is preferred.
• Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving hiring targets.
