As a Recruitment Assistant, your primary role will be to assist the HR Partner in finding top talent and ensure we attract the best people.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in job postings on various platforms.
• Manage candidate data within our Applicant Tracking System.
• Conduct initial screening of resumes and applications.
• Conduct initial interviews
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
• Provide regular updates and feedback to candidates.
• Support the HR team in other recruitment-related tasks.

Requirements and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 3-5 years experience in recruitment is required for this role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
