Human Resources Specialist/Assistant

Responsibilities: - Oversee end-to-end human resources processes, including local recruitment, employee onboarding and offboarding, performance tracking, and training coordination, ensuring full compliance with Philippine labor laws. - Administer office operations by managing office supplies, maintaining the work environment, organizing meetings and events, and controlling administrative costs. - Ensure compliance and maintain external relationships by handling attendance tracking, social security matters, and liaising with local government authorities and suppliers. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree or higher, with at least three years of relevant HR and administrative experience; candidates with local work experience in the Philippines are preferred. - Thorough understanding of Philippine labor laws and visa application procedures, with the ability to independently manage complete HR and administrative workflows. - Fluent in English (working language), proficient in office software, with strong communication and coordination skills and a high level of responsibility.
