Description
- Assist in daily HR operations and administrative tasks.
- Support recruitment processes including job postings and interviews.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Help organize and coordinate training sessions and employee engagement activities.
- Assist in employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Experience Level: at least 6 months relevant experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented and organized.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
