Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Job Responsibilities

• Monitors and updates information on Chrono PC.
• Prepares Validation Error List on a daily basis.
• Generates attendance reports of employees from biometrics and swipe card records.
• Gathers information/data regarding changes in biometrics and work schedules, approval slips, overtime (OT) records of employees (including those assigned in satellite offices) for payroll computation.
• Provides Confidential Employee Attendance Report on a monthly basis.
• Communicates with supervisors regarding employees with multiple transactions and swipe card/biometrics errors for validation.
• Coordinates with IT and payroll personnel regarding timekeeping and Chrono transactions.
• Deals with respective supervisors on the distribution of payslips and/or daily time records and discrepancies in attendance, when present.
• Processes employees' complaints on underpayment or non-payment of salary.
• Checks official business (OB) records and transmits them to supervisors for confirmation.
• Holds employees' salaries when necessary (e.g., incomplete documentation, non-submission of documents within specified parameters) and requests payment for unpaid salaries.
• Validates employees' timekeeping records.
• Prepares ISO reports on the timekeeping process.
