Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
• Administer employee benefits, leave, attendance, and payroll coordination.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR regulations.
• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Handle employee relations issues and resolve workplace concerns professionally.
• Coordinate employee training, development, and performance evaluation programs.
• Prepare HR reports and maintain confidential personnel information.
• Support employee engagement and organizational development initiatives.
• Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• At least 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources or a similar role (preferred).
• Knowledge of employment laws, labor regulations, and HR best practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR information systems (HRIS).
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
