Now hiring an HR Specialist to join us in building a global, diverse, and high-performing team!

Your Role:

· Lead full-cycle recruitment (job posting, resume screening, interview scheduling, offer follow-up)

· Manage onboarding, probation, offboarding processes, and maintain personnel records & attendance data

· Design and implement performance appraisal and compensation & benefits plans to ensure employee satisfaction

· Bridge cross-cultural communication, organize team-building and employee care activities

· Assist with local labor law compliance and mitigate employment risks

We‘re Looking For:

· bachelor or above, preferably in HR, Psychology, or Management

· Familiar with recruitment processes and labor laws; experience in multinational/multicultural settings is a plus

· Strong communication skills, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced live streaming industry

· English as working language (knowledge of SEA, Middle Eastern, or Latin American languages is a bonus)

· Interview requires an HR case analysis or scenario simulation
