Human Resources Functions:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding of employees
• Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
• Administer employee benefits, compensation, and government-mandated contributions
• Handle timekeeping, attendance monitoring, and leave management
• Process payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements
• Assist in employee relations by addressing concerns, facilitating disciplinary actions, and implementing company policies
• Support performance evaluation processes and employee development initiatives

Payroll Processing:

• Prepare and process payroll, including computation of salaries, overtime, deductions, and statutory contributions
• Ensure compliance with government regulations (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR)
• Generate payroll reports and maintain proper documentation
• Coordinate with accounting for payroll-related concerns
