Responsibilities

  • Handle labor relations cases and ensure compliance with labor laws and due process.
  • Manage employee relations and employee welfare programs.
  • Facilitate the company's performance management process.
  • Coordinate employee training and development initiatives.
  • Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate employee records.
  • Ensure proper implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with employees and department heads regarding HR-related concerns.
  • Perform other HR and administrative tasks as assigned.


Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of relevant HR experience in:
  • Labor Relations
  • Employee Relations
  • Performance Management
  • Training and Development
  • Certifications related to labor laws, labor relations, or training are an advantage.
  • Knowledgeable in Philippine labor laws, due process, employee relations, and HR best practices.
  • Strong communication, organizational, coordination, and leadership skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and HR documentation.
  • Excellent time management, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
  • Able to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing work demands.
