Responsibilities

  • Handle labor relations concerns and ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
  • Manage employee relations activities and employee welfare programs.
  • Administer the company's performance management process.
  • Coordinate and facilitate employee training and development programs.
  • Prepare and maintain HR reports, employee records, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with employees and department heads regarding HR-related concerns.
  • Ensure proper implementation of HR policies, procedures, and due process.
  • Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned.


Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or any related field.
  • At least 3 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in:
  • Labor Relations
  • Employee Relations
  • Performance Management
  • Training and Development
  • Certifications related to labor laws, labor relations, or training are an advantage.
  • Knowledgeable in Philippine labor laws, due process, employee welfare, performance management, and training procedures.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and HR documentation.
  • Strong communication, coordination, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Excellent time management, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
  • Able to prioritize tasks, work independently, adapt to changing priorities, and perform well under pressure.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, dependable, professional, and maintains a high level of integrity.
