Description

• Assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes and scheduling interviews
• Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS
• Support onboarding and training programs for new hires
• Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
• Assist in the preparation of HR reports for management

Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
• Experience Level: 0–2 years
• Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite
• Skills and Competencies: Strong written and verbal communication skills
