- Support the HR department in various administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee records, and doing timekeeping for payroll preparation.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Experience Level: 0–1 year
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and written communication skills; knowledge in timekeeping
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent time management and records management abilities
- Qualities and Traits: Attention to detail and proactive attitude
