Job Description
The Admin/Human Resources Assistant supports the Administrative Manager in managing the day-to-day admin and human resources operations of the hotel. The role oversees key functions such as recruitment, employee relations, training coordination, records management, and compliance with hotel policies and labor regulations.
- Assist in day-to-day HR operations including filing, record-keeping, and document management.
- Support recruitment processes, such as scheduling interviews and preparing job postings.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide support regarding HR policies and procedures.
