Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable HR Payroll Specialist to manage payroll processing and support various human resources functions. The ideal candidate will ensure employees are paid accurately and on time while maintaining compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Process payroll accurately and on schedule for all employees.
• Calculate wages, overtime, bonuses, commissions, and deductions.
• Maintain payroll records and employee compensation data.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory requirements.
• Prepare payroll reports for management and government agencies.
• Resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries.

Human Resources Support

• Maintain employee records and HR databases.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Administer employee benefits, leave, and attendance tracking.
• Support performance management and employee relations activities.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Assist with HR audits and documentation requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 months of payroll and HR experience preferred.
• Knowledge of payroll systems and HR software.
• Strong understanding of labor laws, payroll regulations, and statutory contributions.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
