Description

• Assist in the recruitment process including screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
• Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
• Support the onboarding process for new employees.
• Assist in managing employee benefits and payroll processes.
• Contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 1–3 years of administrative experience, ideally within an HR, or employee engagement capacity.
• Experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment is an advantage
• Familiarity with ISO, FSSC, GMP, or other compliance training requirements is an advantage.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Strong event planning, project coordination, and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrated empathy, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information.
