HR and Admin Staff

We are seeking an HR and Admin Staff to support our growing team and day‑to‑day HR & Admin operations. This role is essential in maintaining compliance, employee engagement, and smooth administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle payroll preparation and government compliance requirements
• Manage attendance, leave, and employee records
• Support recruitment activities and onboarding of new hires
• Assist in employee relations and HR documentation
• Coordinate training and employee development programs
• Perform other HR and administrative duties as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in payroll, HR administration, and compliance preferred
• Organized, detail‑oriented, trustworthy, and people‑oriented
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Canva) and QuickBooks software.
