Job description:

JOB SUMMARY:

• HR Assistant is responsible for supporting and executing the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure the timely hiring of qualified candidates. This role focuses on sourcing talents through various recruitment channels, expanding the company's talent pipeline, and identifying innovative recruitment strategies while ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable labour laws. The position also supports employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and productive workplace culture.

Areas of Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
• Source qualified candidates using various recruitment platforms, job portals, social media, career fairs, and other sourcing channels.
• Continuously identify and recommend new and effective recruitment platforms and sourcing strategies to improve hiring efficiency and attract quality talent.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, coordinate interviews with hiring managers, and update.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pool for current and future hiring requirements.
• Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, hiring turnaround time, and source effectiveness.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Assist in planning, organising, and implementing employee engagement programmes and activities.
• Perform other HR-related duties that may be assigned from time to time
• Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies, labour laws, and data privacy regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and applicant screening.
• Experience using online recruitment platforms, social media recruitment, and other talent acquisition tools, and creating monitoring.
• Knowledge of Philippine labour laws, recruitment compliance, and the Data Privacy Act.
• Amenable to work onsite in Cabuyao, Laguna.
• CAN START ASAP.
