Key Responsibilities

• Support recruitment activities to ensure timely hiring.
• Assist in talent sourcing, screening, and recruitment coordination.
• Monitor recruitment inbox and respond to candidate and business inquiries.
• Maintain recruitment records and ensure compliance.
• Coordinate pre-employment requirements and background checks.
• Provide administrative support, including vendor management.
• Process invoices and payments related to recruitment activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 2 years of administrative support experience in Recruitment, HR, or a related area.
• Familiarity with employment laws.
• At least 1 year of relevant training/certification experience.
