Qualifications:

• Graduate of any 4 years course, Preferably psychology or Human Resource mgt. graduate
• Preferably with experience / exposure in HR functions
• With back ground in Hiring and recruitment process
• With experience in training and development is advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Assess training needs across departments and roles.
• Develop and update training materials and programs.
• Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives.
• Maintain training records and prepare reports.
• Collaborate with managers to identify skill gaps.
• Manage relationships with external training providers.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Facilitate onboarding training for new employees.
• Promote continuous learning and professional development.
