We’re looking for a motivated and people-oriented HR Specialist for Recruitment to

help us attract and hire the best talents.

 Job Description:

 As a HR Specialist for Recruitment, you will:

• Source and screen qualified candidates through various recruitment channels
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with applicants and hiring managers
• Conduct initial interviews and candidate assessments
• Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms
• Maintain applicant records and recruitment databases
• Coordinate pre-employment requirements and onboarding activities
• Build and maintain a pool of qualified candidates for future hiring needs

Qualifications:

• BSBA major in Human Resources Management or BS Psychology
• At least 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (preferred)
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and online recruitment platforms
• Preferably a resident of Lapu-Lapu City or Mandaue City
