We are seeking a proactive and organized HR Recruitment personnel to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates while supporting the company’s overall recruitment and onboarding processes.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven experience in recruitment or HR is an advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally
• Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure

Responsibilities

• Post job vacancies on various recruitment platforms
• Source and screen applicants based on job requirements
• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
• Schedule interviews, examinations, and onboarding activities
• Maintain applicant records and recruitment databases
• Prepare employment documents and job offers
• Assist in onboarding new employees
• Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
