Job Description
- Provide support to the HR Department as a person In-charge at the project site to receive and assist workers and staff in all matters related to Human Resource and Admin concern.
- Has the ability to apprehend violators, make reports, and provide sanction for less grave offenses in accordance with the company code of conduct.
- Provide assistance to the recruitment by screening applicants, ensuring the completion of pre-employment requirements, and timely submission of DTR/Logs
Qualifications
- Graduate of any HR related program or any business course.
- With at least 1 year of related experience in Construction company or as HR Asst./Admin
- Knowledgeable in all areas of Human Resources
- Proficient in MS Office Application
- Detailed and result oriented
- Willing to be assigned in Brgy. Pulo, Cabuyao, Laguna
