Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment and hiring of employees.
• Post job vacancies and screen applicants.
• Schedule and assist with interviews and examinations.
• Prepare and process new employee requirements and documents.
• Maintain and update employee 201 files and HR records.
• Monitor employee attendance, absences, tardiness, and leaves.
• Assist in payroll preparation and verification of attendance records.
• Prepare HR reports, memos, notices, and other documents.
• Assist employees with HR-related concerns and inquiries.
• Assist in disciplinary procedures and documentation when necessary.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee information.

Qualifications

• With HR experience is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of basic HR practices and labor policies.
• Computer literate, especially Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information.
• Can work under pressure and meet deadlines.
