HR Assistant

Description

• Assist in the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and managing candidate communications.
• Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
• Support the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and training coordination.
• Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.
• Help organize employee engagement initiatives and trainings.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). 1–3 years of administrative experience, ideally within an HR, L&D, or employee engagement capacity.

Experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment is an advantage

Familiarity with ISO, FSSC, GMP, or other compliance training requirements is an advantage. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools. Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS)

Strong event planning, project coordination, and organizational skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Demonstrated empathy, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information.
