HR Specialist/Assistant

-Graduate of BS Human Resources Management, Psychology or a related course

-With experience in HR, recruitment, or employee relations is an advantage

-Knowledge of basic HR functions and labor practices

-Good communication and interpersonal skills

-Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information

-Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google workspace

-Can work independently and as part of a team

-Assist with recruitment and hiring processes

-Conduct initial screening and interviews

-Maintain and update employee records

-Assist with onboarding and employee orientation

-Assist employee concerns

-Prepare HR documents and reports

-Coordinate with employees and management regarding HR matters

-Perform other HR and administrative tasks as needed

-Preferably residing in Tanauan, Batangas
