Assist in planning, coordinating, and implementing employee training and development programs.

Maintain accurate records of employee training, certifications, competencies, and development activities.

Support employee wellness programs and activities, including physical, mental, emotional, and social well-being initiatives.

Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, wellness campaigns, seminars, and events.

Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards related to training, development, and wellness activities.

Assist with HR projects and other employee development initiatives as assigned.


·Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a

related field (or equivalent work experience).


· 1–3 years of administrative experience, ideally within an HR or employee engagement capacity.


· Experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment is an advantage


· Familiarity with ISO, FSSC, GMP, or other compliance training requirements is an advantage.


· Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools.


· Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS)


· Strong event planning, project coordination, and organizational skills.


· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


· Demonstrated empathy, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information.
