Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle—from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.

• Build and maintain talent pipelines while partnering with hiring managers to meet staffing needs.

• Conduct candidate assessments and recommend qualified applicants.

• Coordinate employee onboarding, training, and development programs.

• Lead employee engagement and employee relations initiatives.

• Handle employee concerns, grievances, investigations, and disciplinary cases.

• Prepare Notices to Explain (NTE), administrative notices, and disciplinary recommendations.

• Support performance management, succession planning, and talent review processes.

• Provide HR guidance to supervisors and ensure compliance with company policies.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in the FMCG or manufacturing industry
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, performance management, labor compliance, and HR best practices
