Position: HR Assistant

Job Site: Sta. Teresita, Sto. Tomas, Batangas

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment activities, including sourcing and screening applicants
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
• Assist in onboarding and pre-employment requirements
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
• Prepare HR-related documents, reports, and other administrative requirements
• Assist employees with HR-related concerns and inquiries
• Provide general administrative support to the HR Department
• Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the immediate supervisor

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or Business Administration
• With or without experience
• Knowledge of basic HR processes is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information
• Willing to work in Sta. Teresita, Sto. Tomas, Batangas
