Responsibilities
· Employee Recruitment and Selection: Develop or implement recruiting strategies to meet current or anticipated staffing needs.
· Compensation and Benefits Administration, including payroll, timekeeping and government contributions
· Employee 201 file maintenance: Maintain and update human resources documents, such as organizational charts, employee handbooks or directories, or performance evaluation forms.
· Employee Relations: Interpret and explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations.
· Training and Development
· Administrative and office work
Qualifications
· Graduate of Psychology, Human Resource, Business Management or any related field/course.
· Knowledge of HR functions
· Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
