Description
- Assist in the recruitment process, like screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate and conduct employee onboarding and orientation sessions.
- Maintain and update employee records and databases.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters.
- Prepare and distribute HR-related documents, such as contracts, policies, and procedures.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- Support the Finance & Admin with various projects and initiatives as needed.
- Knowledgeable in VISA Fee application
- Supports company events by maintaining the invite lists and contacting suppliers
Requirements
- Graduate from a degree of Psychology, Human Resources or Business Management
- Must have at least two to five years experience in the field of HR and Admin.
- Must be able to do end to end recruitment, onboarding, adept to filing, support the Finance Department
- Advantage those with experience in a travel agency.
- Computer literate with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
