Description
- Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings and candidate screening.
- Support employee onboarding and orientation programs.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Aid in organizing employee training and development initiatives.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide HR policy guidance.
- Participate in performance evaluation processes.
- Assist in recruitment processes, maintain employee records, support compensation and welfare programs.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in HR or recruitment.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in recruitment, strong written and verbal communication, candidate screening, attention to detail, and computer literacy.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with potential remote work options available.
- Qualities and Traits: Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and a team player.
