Description
HR FUNCTIONS
Monitors and updates employee transfer of Project site location.
Assist in sourcing of applicants
Maintains and updates all files and 201 record of employees including benefit availment, changes in status, position and classification.
Provide assistance to resigned/end of contract employees to accomplished their clearances and accountabilities.
Verify daily overtime and attendance on every project location.
Prepares Monthly Attendance Summary Report.
Updates vacation and sick leave records of employees leave usage.
Provides assistance to employee with payroll problem regarding overtime, leave, deductions and other related matters.
Prepares employee Certificates as per employee request.
Applies employee’s mandatory benefits and loans applications for SSS and PAGIBIG, processes necessary documents for availment of benefits like SSS, Philhealth, hospitalization and other benefits.
Conducts newly hired employee orientations and orientations for new personnel; arranges physical exams and personal records checks.
Coordinates and performs clerical/secretarial services: makes arrangements for events and meeting.
Assist with payroll preparations; types correspondence and distributes mail.
Perform other related duties as required.
Assist in preparation of HR procedures.
ADMIN FUNCTION
Assist in preparation for employee’s need upon mobilization in assign project.
Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to photocopying, faxing, mailing and filing.
Coordinate and maintain records for all staff office space, phone, parking and office keys.
Collect and maintain equipment, furniture and supplies inventories.
Create, control and monitor all administrative requirements of other departments.
Organize administrative department, maintain a safe and secure work environment.
Assist HR/Admin Officer in maintaining and records all files regarding company vehicles and office equipment.
Assist HR/Admin Officer in managing all transportation and communication of personnel.
Assist HR/Admin Officer in coordinating the repair and maintenance of office equipment/tools and vehicles.
Requirements
At least two years experience in the field of human resource.
