Description :
Talent Acquisition and Administrative tasks:
• Successful candidate will be handing end to End recruitment process for the back office support.
• Aside from the end to end recruitment process, the successful candidate will act as an coordinator to his or her successful hires regarding their concerns.
• Successful candidate will undergo training on how to use SAP HCM
• Successful candidate must share crazy ideas / out of the box ideas on how to source candidates and sourcing of new job portal sites that will benefit for Back office and store support
Employer Branding:
• Partnership with different schools (Back office and store operation)
• Participating in RPH oath taking, Job fairs, etc.
• Successful candidate must help the organization on how to enhance and implement new strategies for the employer branding to attract new talents
Requirements :
• Bachelor's degree holder
• At least 1 year of experience in end to end recruitment process in a retail industry
• Experience in employer branding is highly advantage but not required
• Willing to undergo training in SAP HCM
