Description

Responsible for variety of personnel and administrative related duties in support to Human Resources by screening and interviewing applicants; orienting new employees; maintaining personnel records, managing HR documents (e.g. employment records and on-boarding guides) and updating internal databases.


Talent Acquisition

Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.

· Assist in test administration and evaluation

· Conduct employee on-boarding and help organize training & development initiatives

· Handle all administrative tasks for on-boarding, new hire orientation, and exit interviews, including entering data into HR Information System and auditing for accuracy and compliance.

· Monitors the submission of company’s pre-employment requirements.

· Maintain employee files (201 File) and records in paper form

Onboarding

· Assist in the facilitation of the new employee orientation.

· Monitors the submission of Company’s pre-employment requirements

· Prepares 201 file

· Coordinates with all appropriate Department for all office equipment needed upon hiring (office space, computer, etc.).

Employee Relations

· Handling cases and implement company policies.

· Assist in serving memos and implementation of company policies.

Compensation and Benefits

· Submit employee endorsement to accounting Department for payroll purposes.

· Submit employees loan details to accounting for necessary deductions

Other Tasks

· Perform other official work as instructed by the immediate supervisor/manager.

· Extend work hours when needed.

Requirement

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management & any related course
  • 2-3 years experience in Human Resources
  • Knowledge and experience in, Recruitment, Training, Employee Relations, Employee Engagement, and Employee Development
  • Has knowledge and experience in Human Resources Information System (HRIS)
  • Can work with minimal supervision
  • Very Organized, responsible, and keen into details
  • Speed and flexibility in responding to the needs of the business
  • Hard-working and dynamic
  • Knows how to use Microsoft Office Tools
  • Excellent team working skills but preferably can work with minimum supervision
