Work Site: Door 2A-9002, Hung Fung Compound, Doña Elena Street (Bypass), Barangay Punturin, Valenzuela City

Working Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, 1-hour lunch break included

Good command of English; Chinese speakers preferred.

Responsibilities：

1. Spectrum local HR operations for the Philippine site, covering recruitment, payroll processing, employee training, new hire onboarding, employee exit and internal transfers.
2. Handle all workforce administration, attendance tracking and attendance reporting for e-commerce warehouse personnel.
3. Take charge of general office administrative tasks.
4. Coordinate with China headquarters to align all HR-related processes and requirements.
5. Timely deliver all ad-hoc HR assignments delegated by management.

Job Requirements：

1. 3 years+ HR experience required; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
2. Well-versed in Philippine local labor regulations and end-to-end local HR workflows.
3. Able to communicate fluently in English or Mandarin for daily work transactions.
4. Strong interpersonal communication skills, team-oriented, and comfortable with cross-border remote coordination with overseas teams.
5. Prior experience leading an HR team is highly preferred.
6. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other standard office software.
