WE ARE HIRING: HR GENERALIST

We are looking for a competent and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team.


Work Arrangement:

Full Onsite

Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm


Qualifications.

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 2 years' experience in payroll computation and HR operations
  • Experience in processing government loans (SSS, Pag-IBIG, etc.)
  • Experience in handling or representing company in DOLE / NLRC cases is required
  • Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR compliance
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace
  • Able to handle confidential information with integrity
  • Can start Immediately


Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field
  • Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in HR or related field
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Skills and Competencies: Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail
  • Skills and Competencies: Experience with payroll and compensation/benefits administration
  • Qualities and Traits: Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Qualities and Traits: A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making
