REQUIREMENTS:

• Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource
• Management, Psychology, or equivalent.
• Preferably with at least 2-3 years of experience in HR Compensation and Benefits or payroll processing.
• Knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws and government benefits systems (SSS, Philhealth, Pag-ibig, BIR).
• Basic knowledge of tax computation and reporting.
• Proficient in MS Excel and other HR payroll systems. Excellent in communication and interpersonal skills. Candidate must be willing

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The HR Officer is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, including attendance, overtime, allowances, and adjustments. This role manages government- mandated remittances and loan reporting while serving as a keypoint of contact for employee relations, addressing personnel concerns and supporting day-to-day employee communications.
