- In-charge of coordinating and facilitating hiring processes such as: scheduling of applicant interview/s, informing the result of the interview to applicants, reviewing applicants requirements, among others;
- Implement employee engagement activities in coordination with Department/Branch Head;
- Inform management on any rules and regulation related to employee benefits and related statutory requirements;
