Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
• 1–2 years of HR experience in recruitment, engagement, or training
• Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills
• Creative, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks
• Organize employee engagement activities, trainings, and company events
• Support HR programs, employee relations, and culture-building initiatives
• Maintain HR records and recruitment trackers
• Coordinate with departments regarding staffing requirements
