• Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and recommending candidates for various roles.
• Manage employee relations including conflict resolution and maintaining workplace harmony.
• Oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance with compensation policies and practices.
• Develop and implement talent management strategies to drive employee engagement and retention.
• Provide guidance on HR policies and practices to both management and employees.

Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
• Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in HR or a related role
• Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Skills and Competencies: Proficient in HRIS systems, preferably Sprout
• Skills and Competencies: Knowledge of payroll, compensation and benefits administration
• Qualities and Traits: Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Skills and Competencies: Capable of managing employee relations and talent acquisition
